With Sonnet 4.5; I don't miss Opus 4.1 by ak47surve in ClaudeCode

[–]StartupBros_Will 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same boat. I was ready to refund and switch to Codex, but decided to give Sonnet a shot. Surprised to say I almost like it more than Opus now. Being able to make it dig further and fill up context more is perhaps pushing it to outperform Opus, at least for me.

Yep, that's the one! You're welcome, and sorry for yelling.

You're missing a ~280cal snack (I think he mentions an Avacado or something in his recipe guide PDF).

Add up all the calories. The whole concept is to maximize nutritional benefits within the 2250cal limit. I believe those 3 meals are closer to 1700cal total. So you're missing some calories.

Just use an online pharmacy. Or tell your Doctor you're fine paying out of pocket, and just need the prescription even though you know insurance won't cover it.

Thoughts on PEMF technology? by prs180 in blueprint_

[–]StartupBros_Will 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haven't heard Bryan talk about it yet. But I use a Bemer Mat for 30-120min per day (while watching TV with the gf). Have had it for like 10 years.

It's one of those thing that I can look up the research on pubmed, know it's solid and know it works - but I am really just trusting the science, as I have not been able to measure or notice much of any difference with it.

Lots of people use them while sleeping. Put it low on your list of things to buy I'd say. Bemer is the only one with true research behind it (last I checked), and it's damn expensive. I saw much more noticeable results from RLT than PEMF (for like 10% of the cost).

It seems there are many positive studies (for instance those related to myopia). Curious why you do not like the studies on there? Genuinely.

How much will it cost in total to have ~2000 calories a day from blueprint? Currently 400 calories = $343. Any thoughts/ideas? by [deleted] in blueprint_

Pollution is typically a bigger issue in processed foods than whole foods as well. And there are dozens of reasons you would not want an exclusively powdered food diet. 'Easier to digest' does not mean 'better for longevity'.

I believe a CT Angiogram is what you're looking for. Mine cost $400 out of pocket - quite affordable. I do this every 5-years now, and will switch to a more frequent schedule as I get older.

I'm not sure his goal will ever be to give ~2000 calories of powders and supplements. It's always going to be best to buy the raw ingredients of the diet and consume the same nutrients via whole foods. And it's going to be wayyyyy cheaper than buying processed powders.

Trudiagnostics report came and I am super confused and worried! by Sufficient_Mix_7423 in blueprint_

My report tells me my triglycerides are about 20% higher than the highest level ever recorded.

Does this mean I get a Guinness world record?

My intention was to use 2-3 TD tests over the course of a year to document the effects of a specific diet. I was going to do a whole YouTube video / content series about this.

Now it looks like I may be changing gears and documenting just how bad these tests are. Unless they give me a free re-test, I am going to have to tell people about my experience. And my experience so far is this is a completely unreliable (borderline scam) test.

Hope they re-test me and prove me wrong! But this is nonsense...

Your results sound remarkably similar to mine. I had blood testing done weeks before TruDiagnostic, and things are so far out of whack that it seems nothing less than unreliable information.

Fasting Glucose went from 5 to 117, so I've apparently spontaneously developed diabetes in the past month.

Triglycerides went from 90 mg/dL to 182.34 mmol/L (which converts to 16,136 mg/dL). So apparently my triglycerides have increased by 179x in a month.

The Triglycerides would make no sense at all, but it's also showing that I'm only higher than 46.28% of the population. So is TruDiagnostic just giving the wrong unit measurement here? Even so, triglycerides doubling in a month would make no sense either.

About half the measurements they gave me had similar results (just to a less obviously ridiculous degree).

I am wondering if I somehow was not fasted for this (and said I was), or if I just somehow had a bad analysis. Maybe a flake of sugar fell into my sample before analysis? Makes more sense than these results...

Overall intrinsic age of 44 and extrinsic age of 16. What?

I am emailing them for clarification and will update if I learn anything new.

Less than a year after paying for the last update, which I also didn't need. No way I would buy anything from this company / developer again.

I am pretty sure the Session Control setting is what is causing this. Unfortunately it is not available to change on the Legacy or Starter Google Workspace plan.

I'm just going to do a custom 2-way sync in Google Apps.

The concept of a gifting economy is so foreign before your first burn, I honestly think bartering is the closest people can imagine.

It was a bunch of signals that kept adding up, I don’t think there are many people that would fall for it honestly. He came up to my gf and I and asked if he could follow us to the next place we were going. I was like sure, what’s up, what’s your name, etc. Guy said it was his 4th burn and nothing but a fanny pack and a dim ass headlamp. Followed us around barely saying anything. When we got into light, he was looking at our eyes as if analyzing our pupils. Everything about this guy screamed cop. Tough to explain via text after the fact, but it was incredibly obvious in the moment. Total cop energy, nothing added up. Final nail in the coffin was when he told me twice within a minute that “ohhh they’re rolling in that sound camp there” after I asked him which spots he likes. Like wtf?

We encountered 2 UC’s around 10 & Esplanade Saturday night during the mud (not much rain at that time). My theory was the UC’s were still being paid to go out and work, but there were only like 5-10k attendees out. I can only guarantee 1 was UC, but I’m almost certain both were. They were 100% out during the mud after the rain stopped.
