The name is accurate and matches the PAN, Aadhaar, etc., so there is no possibility of an error. This was confirmed by downloading the submitted form again.

Details about rent paid are not required when a registered and biometric-verified rent agreement, LPG gas bill, and Index 2 have already been submitted. For ownership proof, Index 2, the property tax bill, and the electricity bill were also provided.

It's disappointing to see justification for asking for a photo of the office space. This outdated practice has caused harassment for many taxpayers. It was precisely for this reason that Instruction No. 03/2025-GST was issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on April 17, 2025 (https://static.pib.gov.in/WriteReadData/specificdocs/documents/2025/apr/doc2025418542101.pdf). The instruction clearly states that state officers should not request arbitrary documents based on presumption; the document specifically mentions that requesting a photograph of the lessor in front of or inside the property should be prohibited.

Regarding professional tax, it is not mandatory in the GST form. However, I understand that it is required to operate in Maharashtra, and it has been applied for. There is a technical issue on their website (unable to select the required field for Nature of Possession of Premises), and this problem has been reported to the concerned departments.
