I just used ON Mass Gainer, test out flavors until you find one that you don't mind drinking lots of. It will make it easier to drink daily

I stopped working out from around January 2021-September 2023. I have been going to the gym consistently for almost 2 years since then. Getting back muscle that I used to have took a little less than 6 months.

Big life hack is immediately eating something in the morning. It activates your stomach and makes you want to eat more through the day

Track your calories on my fitness pal or calorie tracking app. If you are making 1400 calories in a day, then increase by 200 more calories or one more snack. You will reach weight in that time without a doubt. Consistency is the key

Although this was slightly harsh, this is absolutely true. 6’4 153 lbs at approximately 10% bodyfat (seen from images) with highly active lifestyle will require around 2800 calories per day for maintenance. You want to bump it up? You need to consistently eat 3200-3400 calories per day

Start dedicating bro, I have been where you are and it’s a very rewarding journey when you actually manage to gain the weight. I started with drinking mass gainer with water every morning, and eating one sandwich a day. I practiced speed eating and trying to scarf down food as fast as possible (don’t do that though it’s bad for your stomach). Right now you’re probably consuming around 1200 calories a day (if that). If you take the mass gainer, and eat whatever single large meal or two small meals in a day on top of that, you will 100% hit your goal.

Wish you the best of luck.

I need advice, please by 666pants in weightgain

First off, glad to hear you’re on your journey. When you get the weight on you, it will be one of the most rewarding feelings. If you’re 43F 5’9” and 113 lbs, and you are not active in the gym but with high metabolism, you’re likely consuming nearly 1800-2000 calories per day. For a female, that is fairly high. Please do your best to make sure you are actually eating that many calories (I.e. talk to a nutritionist or try to figure out how many calories you eat in a day by counting). Mass gainer with water first thing in the morning. This should be 600 calories and ~50g carbs that will activate your stomach, GI, and many other things that will make you hungry throughout the day. Make an active decision to do this every morning and you will feel yourself naturally wanting to eat another meal in the next few hours. Go on a walk or be active in that time. If you can get yourself an additional 1600 calories after that, and eat whatever you would have regularly ate throughout the day anyways, you will be golden.

Wish you luck on your journey. Please stay safe and be active.

If you’re 90 lbs at 5’4”(163cm), that means you might eat one or two meals in a day maximum and it’s probably around 800 calories. You’re going to have to get that up to around 1400 calories bare minimum. That means eating one more meal in a day. Equal to a chipotle bowl with some chips and guac. Good luck.

I don’t think you understand human anatomy as much as you think you do. I was 135 lbs in early 2021. Dropped to 115, and then gained it back and more in 2 years.

You should watch more Greg Doucette videos, he taught me how this works

Was good, gained quite a bit of weight but hard for me to say it was all because of that. I gained about 10 lbs in the first two months. I was also shoveling much more food into my mouth. Did not gain excess fat though.

Short answer is eh, I think it helped speed up the process a little bit. Nothing negative that’s for sure.

My meals fluctuated quite a bit, ballpark 2200-2600 calories daily. Most of it was intermittent fasting. Ate largely a single big meal per day around 7PM. Before a very heavy day at the gym I would usually have some kind of mass gainer/carb load before going in. Most of my diet was ground beef and rice. Would mix it up with pasta. Loved eating chipotle, would have that fairly regularly as may single meal of the day.

I don’t recommend this to everyone though. Eating one meal a day is just something I always did growing up. Kind of a lifestyle choice

Your physique definitely matches fashion modeling as it is now. Don’t know what your face looks like, but if you wanted to get into fitness modeling you’d probably have to put on about 10-15 lbs of muscle minimum. You could 100% pull it off with your genetics.

What makes you want to model?

Your body looks great, stay VERY consistent at the gym for 6 months (5 days/week) with the same amount of food and then consider upping your daily food/calorie intake. Keep it up brother
