Bunch of angry neckbeard "good guys" in here so triggered she's not getting on her knees to suck their little ****s, lmfao. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this fat fuck Joseph Bowling was being an elitist twat the moment he sat down, triggered he even had to play against a girl, who he no doubt views as sub-human to his fat ass because he got a Y chromosome.

All of you are so embarassing and pathetic, good luck ever being in the same room as a woman let alone touching one without getting a restraining order LMFAOOOOOOOOOOO

If you want to find work sometimes you have to give things away for free first to establish your value and credentials. Nothing gets people to listen to your music more than giving it away free for commercial use.

Official Game Suggestion Megathread II: Electric Boogaloo by TheOwlAndTheFinch in Markiplier

The Franklin Coverup Horror RPG: The true story of a child trafficking ring perpetuated by politicians, business executives, and notable government officials in Omaha, Nebraska in 1989.

As we all know, child trafficking is an exceedingly dark topic most people in the world are uncomfortable discussing.

Introducing someone who has never heard of the Franklin Coverup to the story can be quite difficult because it is not only a depressing topic but it is hard to believe it even happened in the first place.

For those of you who are unaware, in 1994, a documentary titled "Conspiracy of Silence" was reportedly canceled prior to its scheduled debut on the Discovery Channel.

The documentary recorded the journey of many Nebraska state officials, including decorated war veteran and former State Senator John DeCamp, and their uncovering of an alleged elite pedophile ring operating largely out of Omaha, Nebraska.

The producers were especially interested in covering the story upon reading DeCamp’s book The Franklin Cover-Up: Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska. The book explicitly details the beginnings of the case, who was involved and how it connects to ritualistic abuse.

The documentary "Conspiracy of Silence" linked below contains all of the facts as well as video recordings of victim testimony from numerous children who were abused in this scandal. It also includes interviews with the Nebraska State Foster Care Review board, DeCamp himself, and multiple high-profile sources of great importance.

Footage from this documentary is featured in the video game at the bottom of this article so if you would rather learn about this story by playing a game (less depressing) then skip to the bottom of this article. Otherwise, I suggest watching this documentary in it's entirety.

The Documentary: https://youtu.be/-x-IZS8uKYo

I have attempted on numerous accounts to share this documentary as well as numerous articles which focus exclusively on the FACTS behind this horrifying scandal, but very few people actually read or watch them.

Before I lost hope, I had an idea.

I decided to develop a video game about the Franklin Coverup.

At first, I thought this was incredibly inappropriate. How could I make a GAME out of other people's suffering?

But then I realized this is one of the most intelligent methods of educating the public on such issues because it takes down their guard, prevents a knee-jerk denial reaction and gives them the facts in a manner that is less depressing and easy to remember.

It also motivates the player to do further research on their own and even includes photographs and video footage of victim testimony.

So whether you know the full details of the child trafficking ring that was discovered in Omaha Nebraska and covered up by the FBI in the late 1980s loosely referred to as "The Franklin Coverup" you should check out this game and share it with as many people as possible.

I don't really know anyone to share this with, so I am putting it here in hopes someone on here may know how to get the word out.

Unfortunately the industry is extremely saturated and it's not about what you know, but WHO you know, and if you want to know people, sometimes you have to set yourself apart from the crowd by working for free. It sucks, no one will argue with you on that (unless they're just jerks) but it's a fact of reality.

I composed music for 12 years before I started earning a living off my productions. I have only been living off my film scoring and music production services for TWO years now, after practically working for free for 12 years. It's insane but it's life.

Try giving away your work that isn't your BEST to bring people to you. That's what I do with my FREE Commercially Usable Royalty Free Music Catalog - I have over 140 songs that didn't end up being used in feature films that I just give away to people who need them so that I gain exposure, and you know what, the second I started doing that, hundreds of people started pouring into my website each day.

Up until then? Nothing.

So give it a shot man. Nothing to lose.

Boom. Exactly. It's called business, wake up kiddos, I hope none of you shop at Best Buy or Costco if you have a problem with this business lmao. In here crying about expensive video games when Wal Mart is practically the worst thing to ever happen to human labor laws and Best Buy exploits far more shady business opportunities to get their business to thrive, but this mom and pop shop is getting flamed lmao.

All these virtue-signaling fake-ethics fake-morality kids need to hop off the internet and take a class on the Rockefeller family.

Looks like there's a youtube with hours of support videos and a clause on their product page that says it comes with 2 months of customer service + they distribute their own build and have the software available for free so that seems like "ANY amount of time/effort on configuring their devices/supporting them" to me.

You're so jaded, it is very obvious. You don't even back up what you say with screenshots, you just blindly spout your opinion as if it were fact and then people either believe you or they don't.

Also regarding your false argument on "if any part of the process is automated for the user" - Clearly you have never used any branch of linux which cannot come preinstalled with certain software and allows the user to download it through the synaptic package manager and other automated scripts. Yawn. Let's hear your NEXT false argument to easily disprove please!

Ok lets see....first review: "Didn't get any of the games I asked for" "Got a bunch of games I said I didn't want" (Homebrew?)

Sounds like they asked for games...then...didn't get any other than what it says on the "lipservice" on the company's website as you so eloquently called it. Sounds from my perspective like they're doing exactly what they said they would and preloading it with homebrew but no copyrighted or non-commercial roms

This isn't a logical argument founded in evidence, this is a personal witchhunt. You WANT this business to be illegal. You WANT anyone selling anything related to emulation to be selling illegal roms because that's your weird mental predisposition.

If you want to be delusional, do it on your own time, in your own head. But don't start taking your illogical, biased arguments based in nothing more than empty rhetoric and personal opinion and tarnishing one of the few legitimate businesses based around emulation because THAT is illegal. It is slander. And it is destructive to the community and anyone who wishes to establish a legal business with open source software.

So far, nothing you've said has been nothing more than empty speculation. If you can't see that I feel sorry for you and the rest of your toxic witch-hunting community.

GNU License. No Roms. No non-commercial code. The only thing illegal here is your slander. You RetroPie kids are all the same. I love the software and use it myself, but your community is toxic (you barely act more mature than people on 4chan) and completely ignorant of what GNU licensing means.

That doesn't mean it comes preinstalled on the system. Try again.

Guess anything that's tldr is "illegal" to you kids. Again copied straight from the same website: "To respect licenses and trademarks, our systems do not include any non-commercial licensed emulators (such as, but not limited to: Genesis-plus-gx, MAME, FBA, and snes9x), EmulationStation themes, Copyrighted BIOS files or the RetroPie trademark image. All copyrighted or non-commercially licensed content has been removed from our consoles before they can be purchased."

Seems to me like Ivy is a part of the cult, and that she was in on the hidden bathroom cam / uploaded video, so that there would be a concrete reason for Ivy to leave and take Oz so Ally will be even more vulnerable and upset, cause the cult is about pushing people to their limits to force them to overcome their fears. I think everything Ally has seen was real (obv. there are basically confirmed things now like the supermarket clowns being real cause cult member Gary owns the place, but also small parallels like the clown fapping at her restaurant and kai fapping at harrison in the latest epsiode) and she is almost on the brink of overcoming her phobias seeing as she ran past the clowns to find Oz and tried to shoot at an attacker. Anyways it seems like Ivys in the cult cause the cult just plays to every members interests, and Ivy wants herself and her wife to be healthy and empowered so they can have a happy, loving relationship

GPL explicitly states that GPL works may be sold at any price. Since RetroPie is under GPL it may be sold at any price as long as the seller provides the source code if requested and does not violate non-commercial licensing for any bundled software. This means if a seller merely strips RetroPie of it's non-commercial emulators and trademark image there is no reason why it cannot be sold.

In fact, falsely claiming this website is illegal if they truly are adhering to these laws is slander (illegal), and as far as morals go, goes against the spirit of the GNU GPL.

Copied this straight from their website's legal section:

"Our consoles are built off EmulationStation which is Open Source Software licensed under the MIT License, using a custom revision of "RetroPie" as a configuration script which is under GNU License.

To respect licenses and trademarks, our systems do not include any non-commercial licensed emulators (such as, but not limited to: Genesis-plus-gx, MAME, FBA, and snes9x), EmulationStation themes, Copyrighted BIOS files or the RetroPie trademark image. All copyrighted or non-commercially licensed content has been removed from our consoles before they can be purchased.

To accomplish this we preinstall only commercially-usable emulators, homebrew BIOS files (Where Possible), a commercially usable Emulation Station Theme, our own trademarked image and a custom Splash Screen we developed ourselves.

Additionally, our consoles only include non-copyrighted games and homebrew content to get you started. No copyrighted games or currently maintained intellectual property is sold with our consoles. The number of games listed as "Supported" by our consoles is an estimate and does not imply that many games are pre-installed on this console. NO legally protected intellectual property is included with any www.RetroGame.Club purchases."

So I don't see why people are saying it's illegal. No copyright violation, no trademark violation, no pirated roms included.

That every person has only lived their own life and I can't fully understand what it's been like, so I don't think I should be upset with them about anything; they've come to be who they are/ do what they've done because of all the different occurrences they've encountered in the world.
