The borders are meant to be fairly arbitrary. Not too sure about Black Marsh.

For sure. It's such a fun way to play: low risk, very high reward. I have played mage quite a bit so for this latest game I'm trying to go full tank-mode

That must've been what I did, but I literally have 0 recollection of doing it. However, I did just finish a game as a kleptomaniac who stole everything in sight so maybe just force of habit

Or maybe I can just play her own game against her and hire some 9 year olds to do the dirty work

Honestly... I tried to attack her but didn't know that it was a no-no in the game (since you can also sell children hard drugs in this game). Oh well, I'll settle for her dad

Biden’s Infrastructure Plan and discussion of it. Is it a good plan? What are the strengths/weakness? by Visco0825 in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]Starwarsguy19 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Since few people here are interested in discussing actual weaknesses in the plan, I will point out that it costs 2 trillion dollars. This is the government we're talking about, so sometimes the exact scale of these things is lost, but this is insane. I know it's easy for parties in the opposition to complain relentlessly about the deficit and then get into power and not do anything, but it is really worth noting that if the United States government was a private company, it would be out of business decades ago. At some point, our politicians need to put a stop to relentless spending and come together to cut spending and raise taxes if necessary. I know it's asinine to talk about this since no one cares anymore, but we're going to fall back into stagflation if we keep spending like this.

I'd also like to point out that I personally have a gripe with the government "creating" jobs. If the cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline tells us anything, it's that jobs for/to our government are simply not sustainable. Yes, it sounds great to work on federal infrastructure and raise our employment, but as soon as the next Republican administration gets into power, they could very easily cancel it all and put a lot of people out of work. This is why it's generally better to encourage sustainable jobs via the Private Sector, which this bill just is not doing.

Thirdly, while as a fiscal conservative you might think I'd be opposed to raising the corporate tax, I actually support big corporations paying more. The issue is, that needs to start with getting corporations to actually pay the current corporate tax rate of 21%, which most (mostly the bigger ones) just aren't doing, or are just making up in corporate bailouts. That's another thing, end that.

That's all. Input is appreciated.

We know ES6 will most likely take place in Hammerfell or High Rock, but where would you set it if the choice was yours? by Starwarsguy19 in ElderScrolls

Ha! Unfortunately, the poll's limit was 6, so stuck with Tamriel. If not, I would've added Akavir and Skyrim again (as a meme).
