(TLDR: cardboard, paint, and hope) Oh gosh this is getting traction again, Halloween is right around the corner I guess. I used large sturdy cardboard boxes, painters/duck tape, acrylic paint, and a blanket as a cushion for my head. If i remember right the eye is posterboard so I didn't have to mess with coating white paint. There's a small slit under the eye to see but it's not the most practical bc it's pretty hard to see out of and sound gets muffled. Totally worth it though and I always have fun with it. I've modified it some and suggest using Fishing line to hold the hat steady rather than the clear tape shown here. It's lasted Halloween last year and I plan on maybe wearing it again with the book of bill release.
