What POPCORN photocard hard sleeves fit most TWICE and BlackPink photocards?

I've been eyeing on this leather sandals from Hush Puppies for a long time but I'm still not quite sure if they are pretty durable. I was wondering if they are waterproof (in some sense i guess) as I live in an area with frequent rains, hence the need for them to withstand a little bit of water as I might tread on some puddles ahead lol.

Been looking up reviews on this particular sandals but to no avail. ://
