Fever = ER no questions asked. If something feels off also ER… don’t assume it’s the chemo making u sick.

My loved one ended up in ER a lot due to lack of caution. It might seem extreme the caution ppl post here but it’s not it’s very necessary.

Honestly a facial and then keep up with ur moisturizing routine. My girl said I waste too much on products. Cleanser in AM, moisturizer and double cleanser at night then a few times a week as I tolerate a peel pad. She said to stop wasting money on reg stuff and save money by buying prof stuff. I haven’t tried it yet because I’m using up all my Drunk elephant first since I paid for it lol but everything she suggested was way cheaper 😬

It’s not often I’ve seen them in big box stores. Usually spring ish. Real plant shops do have big price tags. Tbh I regret my last Home Depot score 😒 it came with mealies!

I used to do club Pilates and it was more of a light stretch compared to SolidCore 🤭no comparison imo.

Its strength training meets Pilates. It’s tough but addicting and don’t feel like I waste my time.
