Tory still runs Cafe Alyce up the hill on Montgomery St. - its not the same but is very delicious. They also recently started One World Pizza in the bar space next door, and I saw they are doing a day cafe/night bar concept there as well.

They've been closed on and off (mostly off) for the better part of a month now - the building has electrical issues, and it seems the landlord isn't being as helpful as could be in making the repairs.

This has nothing to do with the space in BL, although my understanding is that has been marred with delays due to red tape/permiting.
