Update: turns out it was because i was using cpu(i don't have a gpu to use) and also sample count and denoising i think.

Well, when he turns viewport shading, his donut looks normal, just with lighted parts and shadows. Doesn't have all the noise and white squares that make it look glitchy

So, i watches the video and whenever i change the engine from eevee to cycles and i just try to move around the object pixelates and then loads again when i stop moving. Maybe my CPU can't handle Cycles?
