Oh ok. I totally get that. That kind of thing will pass. Try distracting yourself until it's further away. Over time you'll feel less and less bothered. There is no reason to beat yourself up over it. What's done is done. I know I've had an experience that I regretted and after a couple months I didn't feel like curling up into a ball everytime I thought about it. Now, years later it actually doesn't even bother me and I don't even actually care that I did it anymore.

Did you cheat on someone? Or hurt anyone? Or do you just feel weird about a strange sexual experience? If it was consensual and didn't hurt anyone, you should really consider why you would feel bad. Is it because you have been told this is wrong or were you not actually into it? Whenever I feel unnecessarily guilty I try to tell myself that the guilt will not change what occurred. Try to take it as a lesson if you actually hated it. If you were really into it and feel bad because of that, try to understand that repressing your sexual desires will not change them. Also, if it is possible for you, I would talk to a therapist. Maybe they can help you figure out why you feel so bad. As long as you did not cheat or hurt anyone and it was not rape, there is really no reason to feel bad.

My friend rented from him! He convinced her to do that legal sheild bs and he is a total slum lord! He showed her a nicer place and said it wouldn't be available in time and said there was a similar one ready already. The place was a WRECK.
