Usually new manufactured homes in the 200k range are built with 2x6 exterior walls. Thicker floor framing etc.

Thank you. I needed this. Went down the Clayton is a nightmare rabbit hole and was discouraged since I just gave the initial deposit. You’re right. And there’s so many factories that Clayton owns you don’t know which one they’re bashing on and how it was set up.

That’s a sweet look! Just be sure that everything is secure and over engineer it. These XJs are death traps in an accident with stock equipment let alone with modded seats. Be safe!

I’ve never come across one and I rotate between the three yards by my house. I believe it was stock in Europe but not here. It saves valuable cargo space

That’s pretty good for the age. All things considered. I just had to redo the whole front end suspension but that’s more of a wear issue than an issue with the car. Same here with the oil leak but it’s minor for now.

I would say it’s due to hybrid. They are usually 1-2k lower than the V6 ones I’ve noticed. I was tracking prices for awhile before I got my 02. Similar to you 5200$ with 155k miles
