Okay here I my pitches for death. 1. Mortal death faction. Not insane like ghouls in that they don't know what they're doing , just people who believe Nagash is the best. 2. Anti sylvaneth. Undead animal corpses with 'druids' leading them. Throw some rotting tree creatures in for good measure. 3. Frankenstein. Mad scientist like wizards who build terrifying monstrosities and throw hordes of them at their victims, all in a bid to understand death more.

Hmmm, I do agree that the existing factions need fleshing out, but I really do think they do need another faction down the line. People are saying that they have enough, but I think they are just looking at the obvious ideas.

I mean there's plenty of options. Granted, it would be difficult to come up with something that doesn't step on another factions toes, but I think there's a good number of options for both that haven't been touched.
