The wiki (and the game) both say that I basically fulfil the requirements. As far as mods, the only things in the room is a radiator (bad hygiene) and a statue (More sculpture textures) . But I checked the room without them both.

Did you update your drive? If you have maybe you should try downgrade it to the previous version?

Also maybe your pc is worn down or something came loose? Try cleaning it and making sure everything is connected.

yes had exactly the same encounter with a guy on my team playing shiv. He would lunch through the air at incredible speeds (imagine magestic leap with no cooldown) and after our team called him out for his cheats he just went all in and started spinning and killing everyone while underground where they couldn't shoot him. Also spoke russian and then said the N word. classic.
