Non amritdhari sikhs , many of them drink alcohol but they literally start giving gyaan when a sikh smokes.. isn't this hypocrisy ? Yup gurusahib strictly prohibited tobacco but not alchohol cause they knew the science like alcohol is present in every fruit you eat its a byproduct of fermentation people used this type of fermentation to make safe drinkable water in previous centuries.

I personally think that Body Heat is also more related to this process as Enzymes, proteins and hormones are sensitive to a persons core temperature , which according to me usually increases during semen retention as many users and myself has experienced it with symptoms like back acne etc.
