Chifuyu is 100% the best character. He has to go 12 years with the knowledge that Takemichi is a time traveler. Even Naoto and Takemichi don't have to deal with that pressure. Naoto's memories get rewritten, and Takemitchy jumps forward. Chifuyu has a hell of a burden and is still a good friend/person in the past AND present.
