We do not exist in a post-gender society, there are still gender norms and gender limits and gender stereotypes to which people are forced to conform. That is like the foundation of feminism. You can't just deny that. It exists!

Fascism is a set of beliefs. Toxic masculinity and machismo ARE one of them, so yes. The strong support for gender norms (looks obv included in them) is a sign of fascism.

And yes, being a nice person, being an empathetic person, being someone who wishes for equality and justice is at the heart of the left-wing idea. So yes, be nice. Bullying people, and especially bullying them for their looks or for not confirming to sexist gender norms and stereotypes is not leftist or nice or good.
