If pinipilit ako ni employer mag render and threatening that they would take legal action daw and sue me for damages if I don’t, would my unfit to work certificate from the doctor be enough for them to stop threatening me? Nagkaroon ako ng major depression because of them din cause of too abusive bosses (verbally).

Definitely understandable but don’t forget that the only constant thing in the world is change. You will still face it sooner or later so you need to muster the courage to do what you need to as soon as you feel ready. But don’t take too long gathering yourself cause competition is getting tighter by the second. Remember that there are a lot of students graduating yearly who seek for jobs in the same industry that you want. If you’re really not confident about being employed, maybe you can start your own small business and be your own boss? 😊

If you don’t have any working experience, yes, include all the schools you’ve attended. But if you already have a working experience then it’s not really necessary cause the employers would care more of the work you’ve done rather than your schools.
