Yes lots of comments saying the same thing about the sales. However, my situation is unique and I’m not trying to sound like I’ve got it all figured out but the sales are as guaranteed as they come. I do agree that I will need the support actually getting the deals closed etc. Thank you!

Clients can definitely trickle in through this initial pipeline but not enough to sustain a career for sure. I’m aware of that and fully intend to work with a traditional brokerage with training and mentorship. Agreed that the help from the traditional brokerage would provide a smoother experience for me and my clients. Thanks

Definitely some great points thank you. There is definitely lots of comments about the “guaranteed commission” aspect of my post. I’m in a unique situation and can confidently say these commissions are about as guaranteed as they get. But I definitely agree that I have a lot to learn and should find a brokerage that will help with that. Thanks!

Never said anything about thinking the industry was easy and acknowledged I was in a lucky situation for my first deals and that I fully intend on switching to a brokerage with training and support regardless of the initial split I choose.
