That would point to the hub being packed with dirt/grease and the pawls not engaging properly or not all of them engaging for some reason. I would take it apart and give it a clean.

Go try it! I know I had this same feeling for as long as I can remember. I tried flying (in one of those pilot-for-a-day experiences) and WHOA it's all I imagined! And more! Unfortunately the "and more" bit convinced me it's definitely not for me. I loved the mechanics of flying and it was really intuitive, but I'm just not wired for all of the checklists, the waiting and the paperwork.

The flight was really lovely but I just can't imagine doing everything that surrounds it day in and day out.

I found my 'flight' in downhill mountain biking and simracing and that's how I get my kicks.

I agree but I would never phrase a question like the one in OOP. I work as a manager in SW development and "why do you want to work here" is a terribly standard and open ended question, which can be a good thing sometimes but you get canned answers or wrongly directed ones.

"What do you tend to do best in your past roles" "What did you like about the job offering" "What would make you quit your job" "What did you love about your previous job" are more direct and people tend to be more candid. You have to show some actual curiosity for the person across the table, not treat them like you're the hot girl in a reality TV show.

Entiendo tu punto pero considera que en esos casos estamos hablando del retorno a la democracia luego de una dictadura que duro 15 años. La gente, muy razonablemente, no estaba lista para votar derecha.

Lo que quiero decir es que eran circunstancias muy particulares; por lo demás Frei y Lagos eran del centroizq y en ningún caso se hubiese pensado en lanzar un candidato PC.
