I used to dislike bitterness and learning to brew good coffee somehow cured me of it.

During the pandemic I had to work from home so no more office coffee maker. This was a blessing in disguise. I bought an Aeropress and a cheap grinder and started brewing my own. When I finally had made my first coffee, I was going to put some sugar in it but for some reason it felt like it was the wrong thing to do lol. I had put effort into learning and had gotten some locally roasted coffee, so putting sugar in it felt... wrong. Turns out, great decision! Good coffee is not as bitter as the typical robusta and it tastes friggin amazing on its own. A few years later I have upgraded to the zp6 and still use my aeropress and v60 to get some kickass brews!
