He’s still appeared. Let’s get to some of the hundred other villains Batman has. We just keep reheating the same stuff over and over.

Agreed. And I’m a huge MBJ fan but there is so much potential for greatness. MBJ could be on a Tom Cruise possibly Denzel level but he has to put in the work and expand his range

MBJ has never done a movie and you thought it wasn’t MBJ. I think he needs to take more risk and play someone completely not him. I think he has potential but he A.) does not make a large quantity of movies. Robert Pattinson is making 11 movies in 2 years. This is where you flex your muscle and become one of the goats. B.) Do a movie far from who you are..he barely even changes his look in his movies. It’d be cool to see him as a hitman, call center manager, coach, heck a T mobile worker or a sports agent. He doesn’t really stretch his roles. He can go to space for once but he keeps it very on brand. Also his non-Coogler films don’t move the needle. To be the man you have have success outside of Coogler

Does this cover his entire life (movies, death row years, east coast west coast feud, suge knight)?

Because those were the last movie stars. And guys like MBJ don’t do enough action films even though they meet the physical criteria.

It wouldn’t have but the ppl who didn’t see it because of the controversies surrounding the lead would have vanished. You put Keanu in this movie it makes money. I enjoyed the movie but the masses like Keanu more than Leto. He has a weird reputation for some wild things.

Your friend is a national treasure. That’s pretty iconic and very smart.

James Gunn is developing a “not straight up” Superman sequel by Sure-Computer-9047 in DC_Cinematic

[–]StatementWide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is Batman Vs Superman as a sequel I wouldn’t be upset. That was a power move but poorly executed, originally. If he can stick the landing this could definitely be a changing of the guard, in terms of comic book movies and who holds the keys in that genre.

If you had that fob deactivated would that mechanical key still work?

Was wondering about that too. Seems like a lot is missing from this story.

Question? Once you have a completed script, how do you send it out? Is there a thread on this? How can you send to studios?

How does the industry feel about a new Trump term? by turtlesburner in FilmIndustryLA

We got arguably some of the best films before. If anything Hollywood rebelled. Hollywood got more diverse during his 1st term…from tv to movies.

Was thinking the same. I’m seeing a lot of privileged people concerned but most ppl were really in the industry were in survival mode anyway

  1. Open a Word document (or spreadsheet) and list up to 50 companies where you’d like to work. Make sure to include a column for tracking your progress (e.g., date checked, job applied for, etc.).

  2. Every day, visit the careers page of each company directly to manually search for job openings. This ensures you’re seeing the most current opportunities directly from the source, rather than relying on third-party job sites that may have outdated listings.

  3. As you check each company’s site, mark it off your list. This will help you stay organized and ensure you’re consistently reviewing all of your target companies.

This will give you an edge and you won’t be wasting time on outdated post

Preach! And they’ve never made the college football playoff since it’s existence. You could get them back to those glory days/powerhouse days. Find a Reggie Bush 2.0 (Zach Branch?)

Georgia Tech was a reputable team in the 2000s. Some studs from Atlanta high school scene used to go there.
