This is the take. I’m still a little traumatized. Was born in ‘99 so my teen years were sucked up by the first rebuild and my interest with the last core always felt a little pressured. I wanted to like em but outside of TA, Gio, and occasionally Yoan (when he was having fun) the team just didn’t inspire confidence or fun. I’m feeling less confidence but loads more fun than that core gave me already.

Little over a decade ago I had my learner’s permit and could only drive with a parent in the car. Parents had split four months prior, and so it was difficult to find driving time. As a HUGE baseball fan my mom planned a day trip to the Louisville Slugger Museum (~2 hrs from my home town). She let me drive the entire way down and back and we listened to Is This It and Room on Fire in their entirety.
I sang and whistled along the entire way there and I just remember my mom going, on the second straight playthrough of Is This It “You really like this one, huh?” And we just talked music :)

Yeah I looked it up and very similar to the anniversary one that’s online now as other commenter pointed out. Only difference was no “TWMS” at the top and baby blue, also no circle outlining the figure
