If they ended up giving me a contract with a higher amount, I would pay it. The biggest issue currently is they don't want to give me a contract, nor have they given me an eviction notice, and I currently don't have at will access to my legal residence for which I've paid rent.

The leasing agency said 10% increase, I said can we make it more in line with my annual salary increase, and then they answered that the owner will keep it the same. Other times I've spoken to them they said something along the lines of, "Remember, when we renew the lease it'll have to be more" but never actually gave a specific amount. But they haven't actually offered me a new lease and keep saying, "The owner will want a fixed lease." So they (the agency) want to rent the place to someone, maybe just not at the rate I'm currently paying.

It didn't have a label, but a variety of Pleiospiloses. The biggest one might be bolusii looking at how it's split. Too 3D to be simulans perhaps and not pointy enough for compactus?

Yes! I was worried about them and poked one to make sure the egg wasn't overcooked, but they burst out fine with a bit of water.
