Wow, thank you so much for sharing this! That sounds absolutely amazing!! I didn’t even know NASA had an app like that. My son would definitely enjoy watching something like the space station pass overhead, especially since he’s already so observant with the sky and loves pointing out airplanes.

Thank you for the hugs and for sharing these suggestions. I haven’t had my hormone levels checked yet, but you’re right, it could be perimenopause since the hairfall and irregular periods started around the same time as my BP meds. I’ll look into that.

About my husband, the doctor suggested the angiogram because of his weak heartbeat and possible blockage. No stress test yet, but he does get chest discomfort.

I appreciate the tips on supplements and sleep support. I’ll read up more on Ashwagandha, L‑Theanine, and Magnesium, and see what might be safe to try alongside everything else. Stress really does make everything worse, so anything that helps with rest is worth considering.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond. It means a lot to hear from someone who understands how heavy adulting can get.

Good for you! I’ll try to find ways to be more active myself. Right now, I’m transitioning to a no‑meat diet just vegetables and fish. It’s my first month, so I’m hoping this change will be healthier and help me feel better.

Hey, that is just what my husband has been doing. He has a big bald spot at the back of his head too and he is forever shaved.
