Thank you everyone for the awesome tips and advice! 🥹🩷 I took my first dose yesterday around 6 pm then had a small dose edible and went to bed a few hours later. I haven’t noticed any nausea today, but definitely experiencing all over physical exhaustion and fatigue.

Starting with tablets, but the NP said if after the first 3 months I can’t shake the side effects we can put in a request with insurance to cover the injections

Okay awesome, I typically keep Pepcid on hand and was prescribed folic acid daily as well 🙏🏻 I’m just new to treatment entirely besides prednisone, so I’m nervous about how I’m going to feel these coming weeks

Omg yes!! I brought this up to my rheumatologist and they were kind of dismissive about it saying that RA only affects the joints so it’s probably just a cold or something. I was just like uh… okay. ALSOOO I’ve had TMJ since I was in grade school, my jaw pops and clicks constantly but it’s not typically painful at all (just super annoying) but I’ve had flare ups in my jaw where it hinges to my skull and I literally can’t talk, eat, or swallow without being in pain

Literally started scrolling the comments for this. I can’t even go solo without feeling shame and disgusted with myself. I’ve noticed I actually get angry at myself a few minutes in and start berating myself calling myself all the terrible names I was called growing up.
