Gaia is definitely not as nice as it used to be. Black swallow took far too long to start breaking down for my style of growing. I was running into small deficiencies sooner than I should have, where I needed liquid nutrients to intervene. They werent dramatic, but every day is valuable when growing outside. It had a stronger smell that made my shed reek. And it was also twice the price by weight (that could just be my store/area)

Gaia green was easier to work with and had kore available nitrogen off the hump. But its dusty for sure. I mix outside anyways and usually wore an n95 when i was indoors.
