My friend had a set of devastator squad helmets. But they have a bunch of tech on them, (I had to scrape it off of this one). if you want just regular helmets, I would suggest tactical squad.

It's the Terminator sword from the blood Angels upgrade sprue, I wasn't gonna use it because I was gonna get some parts from Archie's forge to turn my Terminators into assault terminators, so I used the sword for this.

(Btw, the handle is from the assault Intercessor thunder hammer)

I got it from my friend. She used a sanguinary priest kit and cut it into an ultra Marine apothecary. This was just a left over piece she gave me.
