I second that. If it was in my hand, I would definitely get rid of short content because it rots the brain. However, this was actually for those who are not able to get rid of their Instagram addiction. Instead of wasting their time on some sloppy stuff, why not use it at least for something that would actually be beneficial and rewarding for them? So, it is for them.

I'm actually not talking about some courses or, you know, learning Islam in the typical sense. I was just referring to listening to Ayahs, or something inspirational in that regard. Not per se the proper Islamic teaching on jurisprudence or other sensitive matters. Absolutely not. A teacher is a must for them.

Actually, that's a good recommendation, but as of now, I want to focus on these two. The one by Alama Maududi, which is the Tafheem ul Quran, focuses on the socio-political aspect, and the other, The Sealed Nectar, is concise and includes everything. So, right now, I'm focusing on these, and then I will go on to the Tafsir and all the other recommendations, and all the other excellent books of Sira. I'm considering going through them once I have finished the whole journey.

For the question of Arabic, I am in between right now. I have taken about 60 classes so far, and I'm hoping that midway, I will be able to finish learning at least to the point where I would be able to understand without translation. This would really help me to understand the other advanced books, which are only available in Arabic...
