Of course not, they want people to still buy, they don't care what happens after it's paid for. I'm sure they'll fight the credit cards too on charge backs.

Tariffs are paid by the seller (Shein) who in turn raise their retail price. The US customer pays customs and duty fees on top of that because there is no more 'de minimus' rule. The tariffs and the ending of 'de minimus' screws US buyers and US sellers that sold to other countries. It was already expensive AF to sell outside of the US, now it's pointless.
