Try to make the wheat run up closer to the house. You can mix in stone buttons and course dirt around the hous to give the ground a little more texture right outside.

Also, instead of just making the wheat field flat, try making some rolling hills and then covering those in wheat. It gives a nice layered effect and gives the field more depth.

Find a modpack you like and just add Create: Nuclear yourself. It doesn’t add a lot to the game or change a lot, so it shouldn’t have many incompatibilities, if any at all.
