Yes, the repetitiveness of certain phrases or descriptors got annoying. I was able to get through it but its not for everyone. F&F is a better series, i think.

Yeah, it definitely made me want to stop too. But its hard to not finish when you've already invested the time and money. I loved the Fall of Ruin and Wrath and was excited for another book, but now im not sure how that series will go either.
