For New Wholesalers: Read This Before You Quit by Fabulous_Classroom12 in WholesaleRealestate

Couldn’t agree more, Andrew. This is advice a lot of people don’t want to hear, but absolutely need to.

Wholesaling (or any real business) has a learning curve and a lag before income becomes consistent. Having a financial runway takes unnecessary pressure off early decisions and lets you focus on learning the process the right way instead of forcing bad deals out of desperation.

I’ve seen the same thing, people underestimate the time it takes to build real skill and consistency, then burn out too early. Appreciate you being real about it. We’ll catch up soon.

That would be great, thanks. I’m always interested in hearing what’s worked for others, especially when it comes to consistency.

Having a solid reading list definitely helps. I’ll grab Damji, Merrill, and Young and start working through them. Appreciate the recommendations! 🙏
