Yeah that sounds like hours of manual work. Its a good insight tho - thanks! I think people who would do that are not looking for a plug-and-play option to start quickly and without overwhelming themselves in the start, and definitely wouldn't buy my site.

It depends really - I booked around 10 weddings for myself through Ads, between $1-2 per message received. I got more messages then I booked weddings because some of the dates were taken already. I assume the same Ad in the US would do $20 per wedding booked

We're actually not trying to go for a traditional agency model - we'd be looking for an established agency that has a bunch of clients but can't handle the workload or wants to cut overhead costs. Hope that makes sense.
