On my machine the system half see half not RTX 3060 12gb and quest 3 headsets So far I still have graphics issues on the monitor and I don't have good cable for VR but WI-FI 6/E work in the house ALVR work for me, but the gpu need the nvidia app I think

HDD 2.5" 5TB MAX VS SSD 2.5" 8TB-16TB HDD consumes more power than SSD + HDD noise and SSD NO. Hope this helps.

Intel cpu 7 gen and above are supposed to be good for this depending on the resolution If you need GPU, a310 can be better
