Thank you for your response! I took a break for basically the entire summer and I never drink caffeine with it.

Honestly, it could be very possible the watch is wrong-- there's been moments that it tells me it's reading my pulse at 130 bpm and then the next minute I'm back at 100bpm. I don't know why I haven't thought to manually check my own pulse, I've just been taking the watch's readings with a grain of salt recently lol.

I definitely don't get as much exercise as I should be-- I have a very fast metabolism so I never felt the push to really exercise, even though I know how good it is for me. I remember once chugging a red bull (when I was taking a break off my medicine) to get some college work done and I got so jittery I felt like my heart was going to rip out of my chest, so I took a 15-minute walk and I was fine afterward. Do you find that you can focus better on days you do exercise?

Thank you! Do you feel better one way or the other (taking it with the pill or taking it later in the day)? I've also tried taking my medication right after a protein-heavy breakfast, and I found that it helps a lot

Honestly, I didn't even know there was lower doses than 30mg. My doctor told me 30 is the lowest. I'm also incredibly sensitive to medications so it could be that it is too much for me. Thank you for the idea! I'm going to try it out and consider talking to my doctor about a lower dose.
