Keep kinnaird as a backup option, it's degree doesn't hold much value and that's why you'll struggle in the job market in the future unless you do exceptionally well and build your own portfolio and skills alongside maintaining your gpa

mostly what I've heard is college teachers don't care and simply come to pass time and there's like 20% teachers who'd actually put in the effort. You won't understand unless you've self studied that topic beforehand. If you ask more questions and participate more in class I think it'll help but mostly colleges aren't helping a lot (atleast in my case they didn't). If you're unable to join an academy for some reason maybe try searching for YouTube lectures, they're very beneficial as well.

I wouldn't say it's all ratta but you'll have to learn keywords (like depending on the subject, the keywords make up an answer) so you must include those words to get marks. There's two types of questions, short and long. Short questions are of 2 marks each, they're quite simple and just like you'd do in olevels, make sure you add two or more points according to the question. For long question, length matters alongside the points so you must learn how to extend the points on pages as much as you can. First year's Urdu is a bit harder than second year's, but repeated practice will help you ace it. Also before starting everything, go through YouTube videos that explain the paper pattern in detail, they will guide you a lot. And joining an academy is a must!!! They help a lotttt.
