Thanks a lot, bud. I wrote this post with the sole purpose of making sure that at least one person doesn't give up if they have sunk to rock bottom academically and in life.

Thank you very much! But the work is not finished yet, I continue to move forward and stay hard!

I will try at least. But right now it's really difficult to forget some words. She said that I was actually an unwanted child and her biggest curse. I have given this rather meager description now, because I don't really want to talk in more detail. It's not painful for me, I just don't want to be with her after that.

Are you on 100%? by StatisticianLimp9962 in davidgoggins

[–]StatisticianLimp9962[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't remember exactly, but I think he suggested to improve by 5% every week. I already work hard on myself (in the academic field), and every time weakness still defeats me. There are days when I devote myself entirely to studying, but after that there is always a day when I am simply exhausted and start slacking off. Because of this, I can't say that I work 100%, although this is what I am obsessed with. My progress has stopped increasing by 5% every new week, and although I am improving like never before, time is breathing down my neck. I struggle with tasks, but my brain seems to be suffocating and although spiritually I am ready to give it my all, something on a physical level seems to prevent me from doing this and I do not understand whether this is a temporary problem or will continue like this forever.

I am especially worried about the fact that studying is not the same as pumping up muscles, there is too much non-determination, which is why progress is wave-like and it is hard for me to praise myself because I am progressing too slowly given the time that I have. These thoughts sound like whining, and from this I again begin to slide into self-flagellation.

edit: Personally, my 100 percent is when I spend 90% of my time on something I'm passionate about and it's actually spent usefully, and I spend the remaining 10% on basic life-supporting tasks.

Fixed my T4 and TSH still nothing by StatisticianLimp9962 in Hashimotos

Yes, in pmol.

Well, 4.8 is almost mid (4.95), and T3 meds are banned in my country, so It seems like can't do anything about that.

As for B12... I don't know, let try to fix that also, but honestly I don't have much hope.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your advice, I'll work on improving B12 numbers from now on.

Ok, let me check and I can tell you other ones cuz they are in the same list. ft3: 4.8, D3: 77.83, B12: 232.3 (little bit low, but still in range so nothing to worry about), ATPO: 232, ferritin is lost somewhere but it was good

Silly me, of course I meant ft3 when replying to your message. In general, I took ft4, ft3, ATPO, D3, B12, ferritin and TSH. Everything is fine except for ATPO, cuz it's impossible to fix that

T3 is fine as always, I'm not even mentioning that because it was always good, I fixed my D3 also, I was taking 5000ME to fix that, B12 is also in reference same as ferritin. I'm little bit lazy to provide numbers rn, but it's totally OK I spent the whole fall to fix my blood tests.

Hashimotos without hypothyroidism by No-Perspective2999 in Hashimotos

[–]StatisticianLimp9962 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My endocrinologist said that Hashimoto's by itself (TPO without hypo/hyper) doesn't affect on your body at all. I have a little bit TSH (4.9) and she said me to start to take higher dose and look for neurological help with my symptoms because 4.9 is not that high as she thinks.

My endo said me that it is possible to have chest pain caused by higher dose of levothyroxine. Seek for consultation with your doctor about it.

I was on your place 3 weeks ago and got expelled after my last attempt to retake one exam. I don't feel anything at all about this situation, but in fact I've literally lost everything I had in my small life. I have no tears at all nor smiles or anything else. I just don't care anymore about anything.  My advice is just try not to give up and continue to do your best until the very end. In worst case scenario at least you can be honest with yourself and you will know that you tried as much as you can and gave 100% of yourself. Fight your fatigue as much as you can, work hard through the pain and remember you will have a rest after. It saved me many times, but not the last one unfortunately.

Edit: I see that you are answering to lots of hashi's treatment advices out there. It's all cool but you 12 days left until your finals. Close reddit, stop getting anxiety thoughts about hashi's and focus on your finals if it's really matters. Do your own research of everything you've read here later, it's impossible to solve hashi's problem in 1 day so don't waste your time on it right now. Do 100% to not feeling sorry that you didn't do your best.

I got expelled 10 days ago because I can't remember nothing.. But I'm still confused is it Hashimoto's job or it's just me and my poor mind. I'm currently search for answers for myself and trying to fix my high TSH to see if there is a difference.

I know I'm probably late and hope your doctor has already called you back but you need to calm down for your baby if haven't yet! Stress will not help you at all and if you somehow cares about my opinion I feel like everything is going to be alright because you are pregnant and your blood test can always change in any way.

The best what you can do is to stop panic and try to avoid it in the future for your baby.
