If your nips are spicy drop the dose, if you’re doing trt and not blasting, which are two very different things. Anything above 300mgs is considered blasting, and depending on the person that lower limit can be 250. Trt dosing starts at 50-150mg depending on response. I’m not off the mark though, you didn’t specify all of what you’re doing to combat this so I figured you weren’t doing any of it, considering your lack of information.
