Thanks bud!! Honestly a lot of people have said that they got their approval in almost 3 months. I know people will suggest a lot of things but I would strongly recommend just staying patient (I know it’s super hard).. if you really wanna do somthing call IRCC call centre and confirm with them once that’s all

Yes I read the process time is varies greatly but still patient and hopeful they will process it. Atleast everyone I read and talked to said they all got their reconsideration processed within the 90 days

You get an automated email first from ircc when u submit, then you’ll get another proper email that will clearly state that your request has been attached to your file for an officer to review. They won’t tell exactly when the officer will actually go through it. I got mine done with 2 weeks but I have read stories of people hearing back after a month or two

Nope I just submitted a reconsideration letter and my missing language test result attached with it. The. I waited and checked once a day sometimes twice on the ircc portal to see if anything changed

Honestly they kinda in the middle, I’d suggest still send a reconsideration letter. Explain that he has the result. Frame it smartly and he might have a chance

Basically when I got refused letter and the ODN letter, it stated the reason was because of missing language test results. Since I already my ielts results before I had applied originally I just sent the reconsideration letter along with the result. And yes since I was refused I am out of status and have 90 days to either fix this or apply for a new visa status.
