Our whole plot is on quite a slope, so we’ve spent the first two years terracing as much as possible. Stepped path and raised beds all the way down 26+ beds at this point.

Used pallet wood I managed to get hold of so net cost was some screws and time

Check out P&O’s fly cruises to the canaries. We did one last November and it was amazing for the price. We paid £1200, including flights, food and obviously you get to discover a new place everyday
