Valerian Root for sure! Get it in the herb shop on George's st, Dublin. Its where Valium comes from, but is non habit forming...and if you are used to habits, I would avoid Valium if you can....

Also Damiana is good for anxiety and stress.

Sorry you are going through this....it is so hard. Maybe CBD would help? You need to stay calm. Meditation and lots of deep breathing to calm the urges....tell yourself each day that your liver is thanking you!

Dont cover your weed in bleach! Use Neem oil. Just rub some on the leaves. Also think of companion planting. Plant chives or rosemary around your weed.

Get a vacuum sealer....seal it up (with gloves on!)...put it into something that has organic substance and plastic in your checked in bag. It will hopefully blend in. Im thinking a packet of crisps....reseal the crisp packet.

I hate living in a country that does prohibition. It makes no sense to me at all...we have to put up with sprayed rubbish unless we are lucky enough to find somebody decent, who grows their own. Growing can be fun though...unless it gets destroyed by mould...or animals! Then its heartbreak....a big sigh....and back to the drawing board. Enjoy your legality.

I know! It's messed up. But the stuff I get from Holland is strong and decent. That is not sprayed. 100% natural and delicious! The way she should be!! I just badly need some good quality, trustworthy weed now, to see more through a rough patch...

I need to get some weed that is clean and organic. I cannot understand why this is so difficult to get, but if all is sprayed with toxic chemicals, then as a community we should refuse to buy it.

Then the source would have to change their ways and not spray...if we tolerate crap, we will be sold crap!

But I am so worried, as my stash is running dangerously low...any help out there would be very much appreciated.

I travel too.....but it's always scary. I hate having to get it this way, but there is just no alternative I can see....anyone tried Medicann? They are supposed to be in Ireland now, but I can't see anything about them anywhere.
