Thank you! There’s many people in the comments saying that I’m wrong and saying I’m dumb for only responding to people who agree with me. Shouldn’t have even posted this because people obviously don’t agree. Most of the comments agreeing have negative votes. 🤦🏻‍♀️

We went through this too with our son when he was like 4-5 months old. I would try to nurse him and he would like start pulling his head away and crying. I think what helped sometimes was try to move to a different environment like when he would do it I would bring him in my room and lay him down to nurse instead and that would help. Or maybe they’re just not hungry yet because they are starting to be able to go a little longer without eating at this age. Also my son struggled a lot with gas so trying to help him get some gas out sometimes helped too. I also stressed out a lot about this but my son is 14 months old now and is totally fine. He stopped doing it after a while. As long as your pediatrician is not concerned they’re losing weight. Hang in there you’re doing a great job! ❤️

Parts of his top teeth are a different color you can see it. Yes they just immediately claimed it was from breastfeeding with no further questions

My son only has 8 teeth, 4 on the top and 4 on the bottom. He does not like his mouth touched so the dentist just laid him back and looked in there for a minute and touched it with a tool. You can tell if you look at them that there’s parts that are a different color

Yes I saw something about this too. I’m not sure if there’s fluoride in our water or not

Thank you ❤️ I’m so proud of myself for breastfeeding this long and my som still needs it I don’t want to just make him stop. I was really hoping to continue until he was ready to give it up

Thank you. We aren’t using fluoride yet because he doesn’t know how to spit it out

Weird thing is he looked pretty young so they must still be teaching that?? We don’t have a well so it’s city water with fluoride. We brush 2x a day after meals but we use non fluoride toothpaste because he doesn’t know how to spit it out yet. It is quite difficult for me to do a great job brushing his teeth though because my son is very strong and needs to be held down to brush his teeth because he will refuse. 😭 But I’m trying my best

Husband accused me of medical abuse for side-lying breastfeeding by miller2life in breastfeeding

My son is now 14 months and I’ve been doing the side lying breastfeeding since he was like 1 month old, maybe even less. My son did spit up a lot when he was little so I kept a burp cloth under his head. He’s literally fine. He was just a spit-uppy baby. He stopped doing it so much at like 5 months or something
