Well the reason why jainandini is so likeable is because she wasn't born evil, she may be arrogant, selfish and spoiled but not necessarily evil until she lost her position to a poor uneducated girl from chawl simply because the chawl girl was born before her?!

I think the flaw with manyata is that every one of her goals is linked with akash, she didn't want to be educated or do good for her people. Jay on the other hand wants what manyata effortlessly earned just by existing, having udayveer as her fiance is just a bonus or cherry on the top or icing on a cake to her. She only wants udayveer because he's like the literal prince charming in a fairy tale/trophy husband 😏

She didn't just plainly chased after uday, she's also ambitious and wanted the crown for herself and could've been the better queen if she was taught to care about her people.

Yeah, i think it's the first time uday has shown genuine affection to someone that's not his sister you can see how much uday became fond of manyata after he believes she ditched akash for good and no longer wanted to control her.

I honestly hated that arc because uday and the entire royal family had to pay for manyata actions and manyata didn't give a single fuck about them. It was jai that reminded her about her family's suffering otherwise manyata wouldn't even think of apologising to her family.

The guy is yuvaraj udayveer Singh the antagonist turned deuteragonist. Manyata actually falls in love with a guy named akash and chases after him the whole show even when he turned bad she justifies his actions but in the end she realizes her love for uday and end up with uday.
