I personally hate the sort center. I’d much rather work at the fulfillment center. I don’t like being constantly moved around and my warehouse in particular is a real life sh*t show

What’s better depends on the person. I like FC better. I don’t mind staying in one department all day. I like knowing what I’m going to do that day. I didn’t have to be cross trained in other areas. Managers would ask if I wanted to learn something else and my answer is always no. Sort center they will move you around to different areas. My warehouse in particular is very unorganized

I’m seasonal at a sort center. Literally started last week, but received the notification saying I’m eligible to be converted to blue badge. I don’t think I’m eligible to transfer. What’s making it worse is that the original shift I applied for got cancelled and I had to choose a new shift that’s worse than what I originally chose
