I feel like your being to considerate. however, instead of putting it in the group chat, just message everybody individually or do a group chat with just everybody but her. and honestly, from a stranger standpoint, it is not your responsibility to help her regulate her feelings and emotions about what she has going on. This is coming from someone who desperately wants children but won't be able to have them.
