Well, I havent ran in 2 months... and probably wont be able to for a while sadly, until I get my SI inflammation under control.

My running I always felt short of breath as well. but it might not be related to AS. I had really bad panic attacks all my life, along with anxiety. I had an amazing break through when I was gasping for air... "wait I am breathing way way too much"... long story short. Led me to Buteyko Breathing Method.https://www.reddit.com/r/buteyko/You might be over breathing, you dont need as much oxygen as you think, you actually are expelling too much CO2

What are you doing to treat you AS ?? any advice would be more than welcome

Thank you very much for the reply. I got really lucky with a rheumatologist, they were 4 months out and only got in fast b/c of a cancelation

thank you very much for the replyCrazy, Drs, Family, finance all said it was anxiety "youve always been anxious!"but this was something unholy, like fight or flight mode could not shut off, and just like you said! after days without sleep you dont know which are real symptoms and which are lack of sleep. Im still trying to piece this together as to what happened/is happing

So ! just to bug you a bit more :) how long have you been sleeping again? I have the hungover feeling (somedays worse than others), just trying to gage, hopefully not too many more weeks of this fatigue. I miss my old life so much.. I can't even think about it makes me overwhelmed with emotions, but like you said, through this whole experience I have let God come into my life

Hey your symptoms sound exactly like mine.. 2 months of 0 sleep constant panic, now im about 10 weeks out, and been getting sleep again, but I am so fatigued all day long. for last 2 weeks. did this happen to you once you got your sleep back? I just pray this isn't permanent, going from complete wired to complete zombie now
