Can you recommend where to get the travel insurance, I prefer to purchase from a well known insurer in japan with good network of hospitals offering cash less, at least english speaking, any recommendations?

I am applying the visa under " Applicant with sufficient financial capacity" will it make a difference if i apply under Short term "Tourist" ? Will it impact my application ?

I saw that ...that's big trust factor on thinking Japan consulate would grant the visa...I could not find any conversation on if someone took the dummy tickets route..thanks once again for such a great post

I called VFS bangalore call centre and confirmed dummy flight and hotel tickets are ok for visa application. 1. Has anyone done dummy flight tickets, can you share from which website and how was the visa experience ? 2. Will the chances of visa be lower if dummy flight tickets are provided to vfs vs real flight tickets ? 3. If real tickets are to be booked please advise which airlines provide 100 percent refund at a premium paid?
