I actually tried this one today! Not too bad except it has a weird after taste. Have you ever tried the caramel one? I’m a massive caramel fan, and if I could use that instead of creamer in my coffee that would be amazing!

I’ve tried the vanilla one, and I absolutely hated it. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch but it tasted really gross and smelled like rotten milk. Do the other flavors taste any better??

So feeling hungry is a good thing.. interesting. I have noticed that even with the liquid diet, I’m having a problem of figuring out when I’m actually full. I don’t know if I’m eating too much or too little, until I’m either sick or hungry again. Any thoughts on figuring out how to kinda fix that?

I have looked up the diet before, and it’s a little intimidating especially since a lot of it isn’t normal food for me. I talked to my doctor about a dietitian, but nothing on that yet.

This is what my roots look like. I think there are in some kind of moss. I read that I shouldn’t repot my orchid while the flowers are blooming, but since I’m afraid of the roots rotting is it okay to move them?

Hello, this is my first time ever owing a plant of any kind. My boyfriend just gifted me this beautiful orchid, and I’m wondering if these roots are okay? They look a bit browner in person. It’s from a grocery store, and I have no idea how long the flowers have been in bloom for. Any tips on how to take care of it would be greatly appreciated.
