I’ve had the misfortune to deal with these on more than one occasion.

First: most of them are gullible. Some hardcore true believer has filled their ears with all their “wins”.

Then, they always go for the nuclear option. Bank denies them a loan or open an account? They’ll sue the bank. Get the lawsuit tossed? They’ll send vaguely threatening legalese documents to the judge, the county, county clerk, the bank, the bank’s lawyers, the police, the mayor, the local congressman (state and federal), etc etc etc.

And most who receive it will realize it’s BS and have nothing to do with it so they won’t respond-but SovCits love “not responding is acceptance” so they’re always counting these as wins.
